Code of ethics
RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMITMENT
Interseals’ Code of Ethics is a guarantee and reliability tool to protect Company’s assets and reputation. It is based on specific social responsibilities and commitments that, in line with the highest ethical standards, enable Interseals to pursue its mission and objectives/goals by operating in an ethical and socially responsible manner.
Sorting
AUTOMATIC INSPECTION
The automatic inspection department consists of 8 automatic sorting machines with greyscale and RGB colour vision that can handle O-rings with an outside diameter from 3 mm up to 250 mm and parts such as frames thanks to dedicated loading systems, including robotic arms and vibrating cups.
MANUAL INSPECTION
The manual inspection department consists of 11 stations equipped not only with lighting systems and magnifying glasses to guarantee an optimal view of defects, but also with monitors where it is possible to see all the images and indications for sorting the article. All machines are equipped with cameras that allow the entire surface of the parts to be inspected and, along the inspection cycle, parts to be rejected are separated from conforming (in tolerance) parts.
CUSTOMISED INSPECTION
Interseals conducts introspective product inspections using X-ray technology, designing customised inspection lines.
